Questions people ask before ordering

Where do you deliver?

Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore only. East Malaysia is not covered for now.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. RM prices include delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. S$ prices include delivery to Singapore, GST and any alcohol duty — nothing is added at checkout.

Why is the Singapore price different?

The S$ price already includes delivery, GST and alcohol duty — what you see is the final price.

Can you deliver to an office?

Yes. Please give the company's opening hours when you order, so we can plan the delivery.

Can one order go to several addresses?

Yes. Add all the hampers to the cart, then use the delivery list to say which hampers go to which address. You can paste a list, upload a photo or an Excel file and the addresses are filled in for you to check.

How do I pay?

Payment comes before dispatch; there is no cash on delivery. You can pay by online banking (FPX). The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

How soon is my order sent out?

We dispatch within 2–5 working days after your order is paid.

How do I know it has been delivered?

Your order page shows the progress for every address. When our own driver delivers, a photo taken at the door is posted there; when a courier is used, you get the tracking number with a link that opens the tracking result.

Is the free gift the same in Singapore?

The hamper contents are the same. Only the free gift can differ: bak kwa is restricted from crossing the border, so hampers that come with MTX bak kwa in Malaysia come with two cans of Ji Pin abalone in Singapore.

Can I cancel, and what if something arrives damaged?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch. Hampers are food assembled to order, so they cannot be returned once sent — but if one arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we replace or refund the affected items.
