These Terms & Conditions govern your use of giveagift.vip and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.<\/p>\n

1. About us<\/h2>\n

We manufacture and sell gift hampers, MTX (\u6ee1\u5929\u9999) bak kwa and festive groceries from Batu Pahat, Johor. All hampers are assembled in-house.<\/p>\n

2. Products, images and availability<\/h2>\n

  • Product photographs are for illustration. Where a specific item in a hamper is unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value and of similar character.<\/li>\n
  • Hampers are seasonal. Stock is limited and is confirmed only once payment is received.<\/li>\n
  • Alcohol, where included in a hamper, is sold only to persons aged 18 and above. By ordering such a hamper you confirm that both you and the recipient meet this requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Prices and currency<\/h2>\n

    • Prices shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) apply to deliveries within Malaysia and include delivery and applicable tax.<\/li>\n
    • Prices shown in Singapore Dollars (S$) apply to deliveries within Singapore and include delivery, GST and any alcohol duty payable at Singapore customs.<\/li>\n
    • The currency and price you see follow your delivery destination. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order is the price that applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Orders and acceptance<\/h2>\n

      Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm receipt of payment. We may decline or cancel an order \u2014 with a full refund \u2014 where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, where delivery falls outside our service area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.<\/p>\n

      5. Payment<\/h2>\n

      • Payment is required before<\/strong> dispatch. We do not offer cash on delivery.<\/li>\n
      • Bank transfer: GIVE A GIFT TRADING SDN BHD, Maybank 5514 6311 0262<\/strong>. Please send your payment receipt to us on WhatsApp (+60 10-918 9118) so we can verify and release your order.<\/li>\n
      • Orders that remain unpaid after 3 working days may be cancelled and the stock released.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        6. Delivery<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Malaysia:<\/strong> Peninsular (West) Malaysia only. We do not deliver to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan.<\/li>\n
        • Singapore:<\/strong> Singapore addresses only.<\/li>\n
        • A postcode and a contactable phone number are compulsory on every delivery address.<\/li>\n
        • Delivery is made by our own driver or by courier. Delivery timing cannot be guaranteed, particularly during the Chinese New Year period. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, courier backlog or incorrect address details.<\/li>\n
        • If nobody is available to receive the hamper, our driver or the courier may leave it with a neighbour, a guard house or reception, or attempt redelivery. Re-delivery arising from an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient may be chargeable.<\/li>\n
        • One order may be sent to multiple addresses using our Delivery List page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          7. Gift cards<\/h2>\n

          Each hamper includes a greeting card pre-printed with a festive greeting. You provide the recipient’s name and the sender’s name at checkout; we do not print custom messages.<\/p>\n

          8. Cancellations, returns and refunds<\/h2>\n

          • Because hampers are perishable food products assembled to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched, except as set out below.<\/li>\n
          • You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible.<\/li>\n
          • If your hamper arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours<\/strong> of delivery with photographs. We will replace the affected items or refund them.<\/li>\n
          • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            9. Accounts<\/h2>\n

            An account is created for you when you check out. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.<\/p>\n

            10. Agents<\/h2>\n

            Agent appointments, commission rates and agent pricing are governed by a separate agreement. Agent commission is payable only on orders that are paid for and completed, and is reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded. Enquire on WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

            11. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n

            All content on this website \u2014 text, photographs, designs and logos \u2014 belongs to Give A Gift Trading Sdn Bhd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.<\/p>\n

            12. Liability<\/h2>\n

            Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.<\/p>\n

            13. Governing law<\/h2>\n

            These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

            14. Changes<\/h2>\n

            We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies.<\/p>\n
