Hampers are food assembled to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once sent \u2014 but if one arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, we replace or refund it.<\/p><h2>Cancelling before dispatch<\/h2><ul class=\"gag-h-notes\"><li>Cancel before we dispatch and you get a full refund.<\/li><li>Log in, open the order under My account and send a cancellation request, or message us on <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/60109189118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WhatsApp +60 10-918 9118<\/a>. The earlier the better.<\/li><li>An order that stays unpaid for 3 working days may be cancelled by us and the stock released.<\/li><\/ul><h2>After dispatch<\/h2><ul class=\"gag-h-notes\"><li>Hampers are perishable food products assembled to order. Once dispatched they cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li><li>If a hamper arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send photographs. We replace the affected items or refund them.<\/li><li>Product photographs are for illustration.
